I called the store and asked if I needed an appointment for a State Inspection. The young lady (Amanda) responded that it was first come first served and it would be a thirty/forty-five minute wait. Drove to the location, met with Amanda who was very courteous, respectful and professional. Even though they were a bit busy, I was in and out in <30 minutes. GREAT👍experience! Not too easy to have these days. I will visiting this location again for any additional services that I may need. Keep up the GREAT👍work!

Fine for inspections oil changes & brakes but have three separate cases in the last couple years where they are truly guessing one part @ a time & racked up over $1000 each time to still have the same issue. A suspension, an AC & what ended up being a misdiagnosed transmission issue. Have kept going back because they are convenient & genuinely nice people but I can't keep throwing money away.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Meineke. I have been a loyal customer and have spent a considerable amount of money on services over the years. When I attempted to use my accumulated reward points, I was informed that the rewards program had ended and my points could no longer be redeemed. While I understand that companies can change or discontinue programs, what was most frustrating was how the situation was handled. The staff was rude and dismissive when I asked questions, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager regarding my concerns. Customers who have supported a business over time deserve clear communication and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unappreciated and disappointed. Based on this interaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for the last five years. Amanda, the girl at the front desk is great! She’s easy going & will answer your questions. I don’t know the mechanics but another reason for me doing business with them this long is because I feel that they have integrity, are friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I choose this Jamestown Meineke for my Catalytic Converter replacement because the other Reviews that I found on Google were so positive. Then when I called for an estimate and found Amanda to be so pleasant and the estimate so reasonable, I knew the reviews were correct! Then, my decision was confirmed when I called the Precision Auto in Greensboro on Randalman Rd (just to compare cost because it is so much closer to me and I would have to pay for 2 Uber/Lyft trips) they kept me on hold for like 10 mins or more, then answered and was very dry personally and then quoted me double what Meineke did for the same work. Meineke did an amazing job! They even honored the 10% discount from the website with no problem. They also made every effort to get the job completed the same day even though I didn't drop my car off until after 1pm. Amanda kept me regularly updated throughout the service. Then finally, they were patient with me when I needed an extra day to pick my car up. All around EXCELLENT service!
